The Bond Lives On

There’s something really special about the bond between a dog and their handler. As dog sport competitors, I believe we get to know and bond with our dogs in a way that no one else does. It’s a bond that goes beyond the years and will forever be in our hearts.

In 2019 I apprenticed under a local trainer and got my first dog (Sailor the Border Collie) as an intro to sports dog. Since then, I’ve become a competitor in scentwork, rally, fastCAT, and disc, and training in agility, obedience, and more with both Sailor and my Groenendael, Rush.
